WoWW Makers' Market October 28 at the Serenity Club in Hayward
Fellow WoWWs,
On Tuesday, October 28th, we will have our fifth (almost annual) WoWW Makers Market!
This is a chance for WoWWs who "make" things such as craft items, food items, greeting cards, paintings, etc., to sell them within our group, and possibly to the public, and give everyone a chance to do some early holiday shopping.
It will be held at the Serenity Club, 10339 S. Florida Avenue, in Hayward before & after our regular walk/hike, which will be on nearby walking paths.
Please note: Once we have our group of Makers, we will have you decide whether you’d just like to sell to fellow WoWWs or if you’d like to extend the hours a bit and invite the general public.
If you'd like to participate as a "Maker", please do the following by October 14th:
Email Terri Black at mtschultz@centurytel.net with the following information:
- Put “MAKERS MARKET” in the subject line so your email is not missed!
- Please write your full name (not always obvious from your email address) and your phone number
- Description(s) of what you plan to sell
- Price range of your handmade item
- What form of payments you take (e.g. cash, check, credit card, Venmo, etc.)
You will be provided with a regular size rectangular folding table. We ask for a $5 donation from each Maker which we will donate to the Serenity Club.
We MAY have to limit the number of Makers due to space. If so, we will take Makers in order of response.
More info to follow as we find out how many Makers we will have and what type of items will be available!
